How to eat our overnight oats:

1. Pour 120-150ml (1/2 cup) of milk / milk alternative, and 50g (4 tbsp) of packaged contents into a jar / bowl. DO NOT ADD WATER.
2. Stir well and refrigerate overnight.
3. Give a quick stir the next morning and enjoy.
